Woman Kicks Bibb County Deputy During Arrest Warrant

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (S.R.T.) deputies apprehended a female suspect during the execution of a felony arrest warrant at a residence on Walmar Drive in Macon. Initially, the woman refused to cooperate, shutting the door on deputies and escalating to loud verbal confrontation.

In response, deputies entered the residence forcefully. Subsequently, the woman physically resisted arrest by kicking a deputy multiple times. She was subsequently taken into custody and charged with hindering apprehension or punishment of a criminal, as well as two counts of obstruction of law enforcement officers-felony.

The suspect was transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center following the incident.
