Two Teenagers Injured in Atlanta Shooting Incident
On May 27, 2024, at approximately 12:07 a.m., Atlanta Police Zone 1 officers responded to a report of two people shot at 817 Hollywood Rd. NW. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 15-year-old male who had sustained injuries to his face, though not from a gunshot, and a 14-year-old male who had been shot. Both victims were alert, conscious, and breathing. They were transported to the hospital by ambulance.
Preliminary investigations suggest the injuries may have been sustained near 1220 Gun Club Rd. NW. Investigators have responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
