Albany Police Seek Public Help in 2023 Murder Case

The Albany Police Department continues to investigate the murder case of Jahtay Raeqwon Winchester, aged 20, which took place on September 19, 2023, in the 700-block of W. Tift Ave.

Winchester was fatally shot and pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
