Crisp County Man Charged with Sexual Child Abuse

The Crisp County Sheriff’s Office announced today an arrest in an investigation into sexual child abuse.

On April 19, 2024, Crisp County Deputies arrested Michael McCarty, a 30-year-old male from Cordele, GA. McCarty is being charged with three (3) counts of Aggravated Child Molestation.

McCarty is being held at the Crisp County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
