Gwinnett County Police Investigate Fatal Shooting on Indian Trail Lilburn Road

Gwinnett County Police Detectives are currently investigating a shooting incident that resulted in the death of one male individual. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning, May 19, prompting officers to respond to a call regarding a shooting at the parking lot of 880 Indian Trail Lilburn Road around 3:15 am.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered a vehicle containing the deceased male. Investigations revealed that the incident initially began on Indian Trail Lilburn Road, between Burns Road and Dickens Road, before reaching its conclusion in the aforementioned parking lot.

At present, the victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification of their next of kin, and the motive behind the shooting remains under investigation by authorities.
