Atlanta Police Investigate Stabbing Incident Involving Roommates
On April 11, 2024, at around 8:38 p.m., Atlanta Police Zone 6 officers responded to a report of a stabbing near 31 Montgomery St. NE.
Upon arrival, they found a 34-year-old man who had been stabbed. The victim, who was conscious and breathing, was taken to the hospital.
Initial findings suggest that the victim was involved in a physical altercation with a roommate that resulted in the stabbing. The suspect fled before the police arrived.
Investigators from the Domestic Violence Unit are probing the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
