Bibb County Deputy Stops Stolen Vehicle, Arrests Wanted Duo

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (S.R.T.) deputies carried out a traffic stop on a stolen Ford Edge in the vicinity of Mercer University Drive and Edna Place.

Upon inspection, it was discovered that both the male and female occupants of the stolen vehicle were wanted on multiple warrants from four counties in Georgia.

Consequently, the individuals were apprehended and taken to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center for processing on existing warrant charges as well as new charges related to the incident.
