Fatal Shooting in Southwest Atlanta Leaves One Dead, Another Injured
On March 21, 2024, at around 5:37 p.m., Atlanta Police Zone 4 officers were called to 3909 Campbellton Rd. SW. in Southwest Atlanta following reports of a shooting incident.
Upon arrival, officers found a male victim with a gunshot wound who was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel. Another male victim, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, had already been taken to the hospital by private vehicle. The second victim was conscious and in stable condition.
The Homicide Unit is investigating the incident to determine the details.
