In the early hours of March 18th, 2024, Atlanta Zone 6 Officers responded to an animal call near Cherokee Ave SE. Upon arrival, they discovered a City of Atlanta Mounted Patrol Horse outside its designated area. A prompt response from an Officer of the Mounted Patrol Unit ensured the safe retrieval of the horse and its return to the stable.
