Escaped Inmate Apprehended After Foot Chase, Faces Additional Charges

Inmate Brandi Marie Cannon was apprehended by authorities after a foot chase following her escape from a hospital. Chief Deputy Jonathan Green, responding to a call about a suspicious person, spotted Inmate Cannon at 6120 Old Dixie Way in Forest Park, Georgia.

Inmate Cannon fled, leading Chief Green on a chase during which she broke into a citizen’s house and car before being captured on the 400 Block of Thomas Rd, approximately 1.1 miles from the hospital.

Following her apprehension, Inmate Cannon faces additional charges including theft, marijuana possession, possession of tools during a crime, giving a false name, VGCSA, burglary, escape, and entering auto.

Acknowledgments were given to various law enforcement agencies and officials for their assistance in capturing Inmate Cannon.
