Joint Law Enforcement Operation Leads to Multiple Arrests in Barrow County
On Monday, July 15, 2024, the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant on Bethlehem Church Road as part of a theft investigation involving both agencies. The search warrant led to the arrest and transportation of several individuals to the Barrow County Detention Center.
Those taken into custody include:
- Crystal Green, 43, charged with trafficking methamphetamine and misdemeanor obstruction.
- Kenneth Green, 37, charged with felony obstruction.
- Mary Franklin, 41, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
- Ricky Green, 33, charged with felony theft by receiving and misdemeanor obstruction.
- Jonathan Martin, 38, charged with two counts of felony probation violation and misdemeanor obstruction.
- Tammy Harrison, 55, charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor obstruction.
- Herbert Arwood, 61, charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor obstruction.
- Cassidy Black, 29, charged with misdemeanor obstruction.
- Ashley Thomas, 40, charged with misdemeanor obstruction.
- Raymond Mester, 37, charged with misdemeanor obstruction.
- Christopher Hall, 51, charged with misdemeanor obstruction.
All individuals arrested are awaiting their first appearance at the Barrow County Detention Center. No further details have been released at this time.
