Burglary Incident in Vine City Area Leaves One Dead, Three Suspects At-Large

On Monday, June 17th, around 4:30 AM, Atlanta Police officers responded to a reported burglary at a residence located at 864 Thurmand St NW in the Vine City area. The incident involved three male suspects.

Upon arrival, officers discovered an unresponsive male lying on the floor with an apparent gunshot wound. The individual was pronounced dead at the scene. The Fulton County Medical Examiner directed the removal of the deceased.

Homicide detectives are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
