Byron Man Arrested on Child Molestation and Cruelty Charges Following GBI CyberTip Investigation
Tracy Robert Fuller

BYRON, Ga. – A 34-year-old Peach County man has been arrested on four felony charges, including child molestation and cruelty to children, following a Georgia Bureau of Investigation inquiry that began with a tip about suspected online child sexual abuse material.

The GBI announced that Tracy Robert Fuller, 34, of Byron, was arrested Sept. 30, 2026, and charged with two counts of child molestation and two counts of second-degree cruelty to children.

The investigation began in April 2026 when the GBI’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes (CEACC) Unit received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

The tip involved the possible online possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.

GBI agents investigated the information, eventually leading to Fuller’s identification as a suspect and his arrest.

Fuller was taken into custody Sept. 30 and booked into the Peach County Jail.

Authorities have not disclosed the ages of the alleged victims, their relationship to Fuller or the specific circumstances that led to the child molestation and cruelty charges.

The GBI also has not explained how the original CyberTip connects to the charges filed against Fuller.

The Peach County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force in Macon and Bibb County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation.

The GBI is asking anyone with information about other suspected child exploitation cases to contact its Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit at 404-270-8870.

Tips can also be submitted through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s CyberTipline.
