Final Defendants Sentenced in Macon Drug Trafficking Ring That Used Richard Street Trap House
MACON, Ga. – The final two defendants in a federal investigation targeting an armed Macon drug trafficking organization have been sentenced to lengthy prison terms, closing a case that resulted in 12 defendants receiving prison sentences and authorities seizing 26 firearms, including a machine gun.
Eddie Reese, 54, of Atlanta, was sentenced Sept. 3 to 200 months, or more than 16 years, in federal prison followed by four years of supervised release. Reese pleaded guilty in June 2025 to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances.
Federal prosecutors identified Reese as the leader of the organization targeted through Operation Mobile Order, an FBI and Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigation conducted in 2022 and 2023.
Alton Oliver, 43, of Macon, also known as “Alo” and “Lo,” was sentenced Sept. 3 to 240 months, or 20 years, in prison followed by four years of supervised release. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
According to court documents, many members of the organization were identified by investigators as validated members of the Blue Band Gang who affiliated with the Crips.
Investigators said the organization operated a drug distribution house on Richard Street in Macon. The location was run in shifts, with different members assigned to sell drugs there, according to federal prosecutors.
During the investigation, the FBI conducted nine controlled purchases of cocaine and crack cocaine. Agents also intercepted calls and text messages that prosecutors said documented transactions involving kilograms of cocaine obtained from an Atlanta supplier.
Federal agents executed 11 search warrants in Macon, Warner Robins and Atlanta on Nov. 20, 2023. Authorities seized cocaine, 26 firearms, a ballistic vest and $93,247.
One of the searches targeted Oliver’s home on Williamson Road in Macon, where agents found a machine gun and five other firearms, along with quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine, prosecutors said.
Ten other defendants previously received prison sentences in the case.
Antonyo Daniels, 31, of Warner Robins, received the longest sentence at 250 months. Roosevelt Cole, 52, of Macon, was sentenced to 170 months, while Devonta Jackson, 31, of Macon, received 155 months.
Roddreckious Williams, 33, of Macon, was sentenced to 151 months; Leroy Mintz, 29, of Macon, to 132 months; Marvin Huff, 50, of Macon, to 125 months; Laderion Jacobs, 30, of Macon, to 100 months; and Trayvon Simmons, 29, and Ladarrious King, 31, both of Macon, each received 70-month sentences.
Tanya Card, 51, of Macon, was sentenced to six months after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine base.
U.S. District Judge Marc Treadwell presided over the case. There is no parole in the federal prison system.
