Two Injured in Early Morning Domestic Related Shooting in Norcross, Investigation Ongoing

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police are investigating a shooting that left two people injured early Tuesday morning in unincorporated Norcross.

Shortly before 2 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 5100 block of Willow Oak Trail in response to a report of a person shot. When officers arrived, they located an adult man and woman suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Officers provided aid at the scene before both victims were transported to a local hospital. Their conditions have not been released.

Gwinnett County Police detectives and crime scene investigators responded to collect evidence and interview witnesses. Preliminary information indicates the incident may be domestic-related involving residents at the location.

No suspects have been identified at this time.
