Calhoun Police, GBI Raid Massage Parlor in Human Trafficking Investigation
After several months of investigation, the Calhoun Police Department, in collaboration with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s (GBI) Human Exploitation and Trafficking (H.E.A.T.) Unit, executed a search warrant at Curing Massage, a local business located at 514 South Wall Street in Calhoun, on Friday, December 6, 2024. The operation, which followed substantial evidence gathered during the investigation, targeted suspected human trafficking activities.
This effort highlights the continued commitment of the Calhoun Police Department, the GBI, and the H.E.A.T. Unit to combat human trafficking and protect vulnerable individuals within the community.
