13 Arrested in Coweta County Human Trafficking Operation, Victim Rescued
On November 13, 2024, a coordinated human trafficking operation by the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations led to the arrest of 13 individuals on charges including pandering, pimping, and prostitution. The operation resulted in the rescue of one trafficking victim, who was placed in a safe home.
Those arrested during the operation are:

- Bianca Marie Fraser, 43, Prostitution, multiple drug charges
- Kacie Marie Gilbert, 26, Prostitution
- Sergio Hernandez, 29, Pandering
- Chaniyah Tene Huiel, 18, Prostitution
- Mark Clayton Medlock, 54, Pandering
- Jillian Evonne Pettaway, 26, Pimping
- Zihanea Fiante Simmon Rainey, 32, Prostitution
- Joseph Daniel Kelley, 49, Pandering
- Shamika Michelle Stewart, 24, Prostitution, multiple drug charges
- Richard Tennie, 58, Pandering
- Luis Ventura Vazquez, Jr., Pimping, multiple drug charges
- Gustavo Angel Vega-Sandoval, 26, Pandering
