Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Hosts Citizen’s Gun Class for Safety and Education

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Outreach Section is hosting a Citizen’s Gun Class on Monday, February 19, 2024, and Tuesday, February 20, 2024. The Monday class will be held at the Sheriff’s Outreach Office at 774 Hazel Street from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Tuesday class will take place at the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Training Facility located at 1166 Jackson Street, also from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Attendees will learn about gun safety, current gun laws, and have an opportunity to fire their handgun. Participants must be aged 21 or older, possess their own firearm and ammunition, and be legally able to own a firearm.
