Bibb County Sheriff’s Office S.R.T. Unit Aids Georgia State Patrol in Narcotics Case

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (S.R.T.) recently assisted the Georgia State Patrol in a narcotics investigation involving a suspected drug trafficker. The individual, who had previously fled from troopers, crashed his Kia Forte into a yard on Log Cabin Drive.

Upon investigation, law enforcement discovered Oxycodone pills, MDMA (Ecstasy), cash, and packaging materials in the vehicle’s center console. The driver was transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center without further incident.
